| Abstract: | Enhanced chemiluminescent quantitation of horseradish peroxidase labels has been incorporated into assays performed on the ES 600 automatic immunoassay analyser. The rapid end-point produced excellent dose-response curves and potential savings in total assay times of up to 40%. |
