| 摘 要： | 基于时域漫射理论，提出一种用透射光来确定生物组织光学特性的方法。通过对生物组织的模拟测量，结果表明：此方法具有算法简单，速度快，精度高等优点，并比较了透射和反射两种测量法的精度。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the diffusion theory,a method for measurement of tissue optical properties by time resolved transmission was presented.It is verified by using the time resolved data from Monte Carlo simulations.The results show that this method has advantages of simple arithmetic,high computed speed and precision.And the precision of this method was compared with time resolved reflectance. |
