| Abstract: | Summary The present method permits rapid and sensitive study of the concentration levels of serotonin (5-HT) and 5-hydroxyindolacetic acid (5-HIAA) in the same tissue sample and the determination of the turnover of these substances in small brain parts.I wish to thank Merck Sharp and Dohme for supplies of probenecid. |
