Abstract:Combining the laser tweezers system with camera, videorecorder, TV monitor, color polarization system, we improved the spatial-resolution, color-resolution, time-resolution of this system and realized the dynamic monitor, synchronous recorder of the optical trapping while controlling living cells simultaneously, realized the function of preserving material and replay on the screen, improved the accuracy of the cell-controlling and self-adjustment of laser tweezers.In addition, this system can also measure the displacement and velocity of the particles controlled by laser tweezers.Our re-seach has provided an effective way to apply the laser tweezers technique in the field of cytobiology
