摘    要:为模拟天然免疫条件下,病毒等抗原对T淋巴细胞激活同时伴有体温升高的环境,我们建立了人外周血T淋巴细胞体外激活和热休克的模型。热休克对ConA激活细胞中多肽的合成既有协同也有抑制作用。ConA激活细胞受热休克的影响较静止细胞小,而其热休克蛋白(HSP)的诱导合成则较强,为了解HSP在淋巴细胞中的作用提供了线索。

Abstract:With the combination effect of heat shock and concanavalin A stimulation on human T lymphocytes,an in vitro model system was established for studying the mechanism of natural immune response to infection accompanied with fever.T cells were known to synthesize many proteins of importance in cell growth and proliferation during con A activation.When further subjected to heat shock,some of the proteins were synthesized synergetically while the others were under depression in these cells.In view of the facts that the synthesis of proteins with noticeable cellular function,such as actin.was less affected and the higher potential of inducing heat shock proteins (HSP) in con A activated T cells as compared with resting T cells,we suggested that con A activated cells were more resistant to elevated temperature.This notion may be of significance in both the understanding of the regulation of immune response and the application of hyperthermia treatment in the clinic.
