摘    要:在山东青岛发现一种新的大白菜根腐病,主根下部腐烂,根部维管束变褐变黑,地上部生长缓慢,矮小,甚至死亡。通过组织分离法和单菌丝分离法获得纯化菌株HMQAU170164。经柯赫氏法则验证,综合该病原菌形态学特征、生物学特性、ITS和coxⅠ序列分析,界定其为芸薹腐霉Pythium brassicum。该菌引起的大白菜腐霉根腐病为首次报道。

The pathogen causing Pythium root rot of Chinese cabbage

Abstract:As a new disease, Chinese cabbage root rot was found in Qingdao, Shandong Province. The lower part of taproot becomes rot, and the root vascular bundle turns brown and black. The overground plant grows slowly, dwarfs, and even dies. The pure isolate HMQAU170164 of the pathogen was obtained by tissue isolation method and single mycelium isolation method. Pathogenicity test by Koch?s postulate, observation of morphological and biological characteristics, and sequence analyses of ITS and coxⅠ, proved that the pathogen was Pythium brassicum. It is the first report of P. brassicum as the pathogen of Chinese cabbage root rot.
