Abstract: | Multiparasitism is reported for the first time in Eucharitidae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea). Dilocantha lachaudii, Isomerala coronata, and Kapala sp. were found simultaneously attacking the same population of Ectatomma tuberculatum (Olivier) (Hymenoptera: Formicidae: Ectatomminae) in southern Mexico. Adults of D. lachaudii and I. coronata completed development on the same individual host on three occasions. The genus Kapala is reported for the first time as a parasitoid of E. tuberculatum, and I. coronata is reported in Mexico for the first time. |
