Abstract: | Crystals of an acidic pi class glutathione S-transferase from human placenta have been obtained by the hanging drop method using ammonium sulphate as a precipitant. The crystals are tetragonal, space group P4(1)2(1)2 (or P4(3)2(1)2) with cell dimensions a = b = 60.1 A, c = 244.0 A. They contain a dimer in the asymmetric unit and diffract to a resolution of 2.7 A. |
