浅谈微生物在海洋环境保护中的应用

摘    要:在污水和废水处理等坏境净化领域采用生物技术已久,基因工程在此领域的应用正朝着构建能降解特殊化合物的微生物方向迈进;基因操作技术被用来提高某些微生物体内特异性酶类水平,而这些酶具有特异性生物降解转化作用。微生物已在海洋环境保护中被制作生物传感器等用来进行坏境检测;利用微生物的氨化、硫化、硝化等生化特性进行水质净化;利用某些微生物合成特殊物质来代替塑料等难降解物质并在这些领域中获得显著成效。

Abstract:Biotechnology has long been used in treating poluted and waste water. The utilization of genetic engineering to oonstruct a new microorgahism that can decomope special com pound is stride forward. The gene operating technoogy has been used to improve the level of some distinctive enzymes that can decomope me special chendcal oompound in dricrobial cells. Microorganisrns have been made as biological sensor for environmental monitoring.Water purification can be carried out according to the characters of whcroorganisrns, which can be arnmnized, vulcanized, and nitrified etc. The utilization of some whcroorganisrns to synthesize some special material to replace plastics and other hard - to - decommp materials has achieved a remarkable results.
