某大学图书馆图书采访编辑部细菌污染情况监测

目的了解高校图书馆采访编辑部的室内微生态环境改变的情况,为改进工作环境,保障健康提供参考依据。方法对采访编辑部的专业工作人员的手、工作台面、图书、室内环境空气,进行微生物采样,细菌培养分析。结果实验室检验提示,所有的样本培养均呈阳性结果,发现革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌或真菌生长。采访编辑部工作人员的手、工作台面、图书、室内环境空气细菌数增高,微生态环境污染,影响健康。结论高校图书馆采访编辑部的环境易受细菌的污染,应采取有效措施,保障图书馆工作人员的健康。

Investigation on the bacterial contamination in the book acquisition & editorial board of a college library

Objective To investigate the changes of interior microecological environment in the book acquisition editorial board of the colleges library,and provide reference for improvement of working environment and protection of health.Methods Microorganism samples were collected from hands of staff members,working surfaces,books and interior ambient air in the book acquisition and editorial board;the samples were cultured and then examined by automated microbial analyzer.Results All samples presented positive results,in which strains of gram-negative bacteria,gram-positive bacteria and fungi were found.The bacterial counts on hands of staff members,working surfaces,books and interior ambient air in the acquisition editorial board increased largely,indicating that the microecological environment was contaminative in book acquisition and editorial boards of some college libraries,and the saff＇s health was affected.Conclusion The environment in book acquisition and editorial boards of college libraries are easy to be contaminated by bacteria.Effective measures should be taken to protect the health of library staff members.
