| 摘 要： | 本文通过对影响大豆细胞核分离诸因素的研究,介绍一种快速、简便的核分离方法。采用这种方法分离出的细胞核产量高,光镜,电镜观察证明核制品形态好,纯度较高,核膜较完整。
