摘    要:目的:探讨高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)DNA检测与液基细胞学检查(TCT)在子宫颈病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:对600例患者分别做HPV-DNA和TCT检测,对其中一项或两项异常者做阴道镜病理活检,对病理结果阳性患者进行HPV-DNA和TCT检测结果分析。结果:其中一项或两项异常者150例,HPV-DNA检测阳性者(H组)为115例,其中病理结果阳性为39例,符合率为33.9%;TCT检测阳性者(T组)为76例,其中病理结果阳性为40例,符合率为33.9%;两项均为阳性者(H+T组)是56例,其中病理结果阳性为51例,符合率为91.1%。H组与H+T组比较x2=13.95,P<0.01;T组与H+T组比较x2=4.00,P<0.05,结果有显著差异。结论:HPV-DNA及TCT联合起来进行检测可以提高宫颈癌及癌前病变的筛查及早期诊断的检出率。

Abstract:Objective:To study the value of HPV-DNA deteceting and TCT in cervical diseases dignosis.Methods: 600 cases of female received HPV-DNA and TCT detection.The positive result of the detections with one or two had colposcopic biopsy and pathological examination.Results: Among 150 cases with one or two detect positive,there were 115 positive cases for HPV-DNA(H Group),with 39 positive of pathological exam,coincidence rate is 33.9%;76 positive cases for TCT test(T Grouop),with 40 positive of pathological exam,coincidence rate is 52.6%;there were 56 cases for both,with 51 positive of pathological exam coincidence rate is 91.1%.Compared with H Group and H+T Group,x2=13.95,P<0.01;Compared with T Group and H+T Group,x2=4.00,P<0.05.there were significant differences in the result.Conclusions: The positive rate can be raised by combining HPV-DNA and TCT detects in screening and early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma and cervical precancerous lesions.
