肝硬化患者血脂变化与Child-pugh 分级的关系

目的:探讨肝硬化患者血脂变化与Child-pugh分级之间的关系。方法:选取2009年3月至2011年3月我院收治的82例肝硬化患者作为研究对象,同时选取80例门诊健康体检者作为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪分别测定空腹血脂水平。结果:空腹血脂水平显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝硬化组Child-pugh C级血脂水平显著低于Child-pugh B和Child-pugh A级,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同Child-pugh级别的肝硬化患者血脂水平不同,随着Child-pugh分值越高患者的血脂水平越低。患者的血脂水平可能预示患者肝功能损害程度。

The Correlation of Changes of Blood Lipids and Child-Pugh Grade in Patients with Cirrhosis

Objective: To explore the correlation of changes of blood lipids and Child-pugh grade in patients with cirrhosis.Methods: From March 2009 to March 2011,82 cases of cirrhosis formed the observation group and 80 cases of healthy formed control group.The levels of blood lipids were determined by auto-biochemistry instrument.Results: The levels of blood lipids were lower in observation group than that of control group,there were significantly statistical differences between two groups(P < 0.05).The levels of blood lipids of cirrhosis patients with Child-pugh grade C were lower than other two groups,three groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The levels of blood lipids of cirrhosis patients with different grades of liver function differs from each other.The severity of liver function impairment was increased with higher Child-pugh grade and lowers lipid levels.
