老年牙周病与糖尿病的相关性分析

目的:探讨老年人糖尿病患者牙周疾病的发生情况,以及牙周病与糖尿病之间的相互关系。方法:选择我院就诊的140名同时伴有糖尿病的老年牙周病患者,将其随机分成A、B、C3组,A组86例为实验组,同时进行牙周病与糖尿病的系统治疗。B、C组为对照组,其中B组28例只进行牙周病的治疗,C组26例只进行糖尿病的治疗。结果:牙周治疗效果A组明显高于B组(P<0.05),糖尿病的治疗效果A组高于C组(P>0.05)。结论:老年牙周病和糖尿病之间存在相关性,糖尿病治疗与牙周病治疗之间相互影响。

The Analysis of Correlation between the Periodontal Disease and Diabetes in eldly people

Objective: To study the occurrence of periodontal disease in old patients with diabetes and the relationship between periodontal disease and diabetes.Methods: Choose 140 our hospital patients with periodontal disease associated with diabetes in elderly,and randomly divided into A,B,C groups.Group A of 86 cases for the experimental group,simultaneously carries on system treatment of periodontosis and diabetes.Group B,C were the control groups.And Group B of 28 cases was only for the treatment of periodontal disease.Group C of 26 cases was only for the treatment of diabetes.Results: Periodontal treatment effect in group A was significantly higher than in group B(P<0.05).Diabetes treatment effect in group A was higher than in group B(P>0.05).Conclusion: There is correlation between periodontal disease and diabetes in old patients with diabetes.The treatment of periodontal disease interacts with the treatment of diabetes.
