56例下肢严重毁损伤临床诊治分析

目的:研究下肢严重毁损伤的临床诊治特点,为提高创伤救治成功率提供依据。方法:回顾我科自2006年1月～2010年12月收治的下肢严重毁损伤56例,分析其临床诊治特点。结果:本组56例均有严重的下肢毁损,33例伴有休克,36例行截肢手术,治愈53例(94.6%)。结论:下肢严重毁损伤是急诊科及创伤中心较为常见的一种损伤。通过全面动态观察病情,积极的抗休克、合理的手术、平稳的围手术期处理和术后的综合治疗是救治成功的关键,这样才能最大限度地保全濒临截肢的肢体,预防并发症的发生。

Diagnosis and Treatment of 56 Cases of Severe Smashed Injury of Lower Extremity

Objective: To study the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of severe smashed injury of lower extremity,so as to improve the level of therapy.Methods: The clinical data of 56 cases of severe smashed injuries of lower extremity from Jan.2006 to Dec.2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results: All of the 56 cases had severe smashed wound of lower extremity,33 cases were accompanied with shock,36 cases with amputation.At the end,53 cases were cured(94.6%).Conclusion: Severe smashed injury of lower extremity are common in emergency department and trauma center.Dynamically investigating the state of injuries,actively anti-shock treatment and rational operation,stable perioperative period,and postoperative comprehensive therapy are the key to the whole treatment,so as to save the verge amputation limb of severe trauma at utmost and prevent complication.
