摘    要:1972年,PaulBerg构建了世界上第一个重组DNA分子,自此,基因工程便诞生了,并很快掀起了基因工程研究的热潮。27年来,基因工程技术已获得了突飞猛进的发展,取得了许多世人瞩目的成就,对农业生产、医疗卫生、轻工食品和环境卫生等诸多方面产生了巨大的影响,正在成为生物学研究的最前沿学科。科学家们预言,以基因工程技术为主体的生物技术将成为21世纪新技术的主导技术之一。

Abstract:Since the first recombinant DNA molecule been established by Paul Berg in 1972, genet-ic engineering has come into being, and an upsurge of studying genetic eflgineering has beenset off. For the last twenty - seven years and more, the development of technology of geneticengineering has made a giant stride. It has gained a lot of achicvements of the focus of theworld attention, which have made a great effects to the preduction of agriculture, medicineand health, light and ha industries, envirolunent and hygiene, and many other fields. Ithas become the moct forward position of biological study. Scientists prespect that technologyof genctic engineering, as the main they of biological technology will be one of the leadingtechnologies of new technoogies in 21st Century.
