| 摘 要： | 在老年人群中,由于主动脉瓣膜退行性病变或钙化导致的主动脉狭窄已成为最常见的原发性瓣膜病,尽管传统的开放式主动脉人工瓣膜置换术疗效显著,但其对患者一般情况要求较高,适应证较窄。经皮主动脉瓣置入术的出现改变这一状况。目前,这类手术有效改善了患者的生存质量和期望。

| Abstract: | Aortic stenosis due to valve degeneration and calcification was the most frequent native valve disease among septua-genarian.The indication of open surgery exclude many patients with other comorbidities,the application of transcatheter aortic valve im-plantation might lead to a better outcome of those patients. |
