引导式教学在医学微生物学教学中的经验

摘    要:改变医学微生物学传统的教学方法,探索培养医学院学生的问题意识和创新精神的途径和方法。把基于问题的学习(PBL)和基于案例的学习(CBS)的引导式教学方法相结合,精心设计引导式教学内容,釆用以问题为中心的课堂教学方法,以培养学生提高分析问题和解决问题的能力为中心进行教学改革。引导式教学方法可激发学生的学习兴趣,启发学生的多向思维能力,取得了良好的教学效果,是提高医学微生物教学效果的重要途径。

Abstract:In order to change the traditional didactics of medical microbiology and to explore the path and method to foster university students' problem consciousness, the spirit of innovation, a guidance style didactics was elaborately designed by combining PBL (problem based learning) and CBS (cases based study) adopting class teaching method focused on problems, to carry out didactic reform in order to foster the student to promote their abilities to analyze and resolve the problems. The results showed that guidance style didactics could vitalize the students' motivation of learning and inspire them the abilities of multiple directions thinking, and gained fine didactic effects. It was an important path to promote the didactic effects of medical microbiology teaching.
