| 摘 要： | 目的研究具有降血压功能乳酸菌DM9057株对pH、胆汁盐、胃蛋白酶及胰蛋白酶的耐受性。方法以MRS为基础培养基,模拟胃肠环境。结果 DM9057在pH2~3、胆汁盐浓度0.1%~0.3%、胃蛋白酶0.592~1.482μg/mL和胰蛋白酶14.24~72.32 U/g的条件下,37℃培养4 h,活菌数均能达到107CFU/mL以上。结论乳酸菌DM9057能顺利通过胃肠道,达到促进健康的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the tolerance of Lactobacillus DM9057 against pepsin,trypsin,bile salt and pH.Method MRS medium was used.Result The Lactobacillus DM9057 grow well in an environment as follows： pH was 2.0 to 3.0,the concentration of bile salt was 0.1% to 0.3%,the concentration of pepsin was 0.592 to 1.482 μg/mL,the concentration of trypsin was 14.24 to 73.32 U/g,temperature was at 37 ℃.After 4 hrs of cultivation the living bacterial count reached above 107 CFU/mL.Conclusion Lactobacillus DM9057 can go through the gastrointestinal environment,and help to improve people′s heath. |
