摘    要:S3307与ABT混合后处理的云南甜竹插条的水分上运加速,叶绿素降解延缓,光合速率提高,14C-光合产物向插条基部的转运增加,插条的生根率高于S3307或ABT单独处理的。

Abstract:After treatment of S 3307 used together with rooting powder (ABT), the water uptake of cuttings of Dendrocalamus brandisii increased and the chlorophyll catabolism decreased; the photosynthetic rate was promoted. The translocation of 14 C photosynthate to cutting base was increased. The rooting rate of cuttings was higher than S 3307 or ABT application alone.
