| Abstract: | Mycoplasma pneumonia culture and drug sensitivity test help to diagnosis of children pneumonia etiology and the selection of suitable sensitive drugs for treatment.Throat swab samples of 356 children pneumonia patients were collected for mycoplasma identification culture and drug sensitivity test of 9 antibiotics.The results showed that there are 55 samples of positive MP cases,the positive rate is 15.4%,drug resistance from high to low are Rox(54.5%)>>Cla(32.7%)=Azi(32.7%)>Ery(21.8%) = Gat(21.8%)>Cli(20.0%... |
