| 摘 要： | 为明确谷跗线螨Tarsonemus granarius交叉反应性变应原在体内的定位， 制作谷跗线螨石蜡切片， HE染色后光镜观察其内部形态结构； 选用对尘螨过敏患者的阳性血清特异性IgE抗体作探针， 免疫组织化学染色分析其交叉反应性抗原存在位置。HE染色显示谷跗线螨的消化系统占据其体腔的大部分， 包括口咽部、 中肠、 后肠、 肛门和唾液腺等结构。免疫组织化学染色显示谷跗线螨的口咽部、 中肠、 肠内容物、 肠壁及生殖腺等均有阳性反应。谷跗线螨体内存在可诱发人体IgE抗体的变应原， 变应原在其体内的分布格局与屋尘螨Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus基本一致。 |

| Abstract: | To determine the localization of cross-reactivity allergens in the body of Tarsonemus granarius, paraffin sections of T. granarius stained by hatmatoxylin-eosin (HE) were observed by optical microscope. Serum specific IgE antibodies from patients who were sensitive to the house dust mite served as probe, and the cross-reactivity allergens in the body of T. granarius were localized by the method of immunohistochemistry.
