纯大鲵粉对小鼠抗疲劳作用及免疫功能的影响

目的 考察纯大鲵粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响和抗疲劳作用.方法 纯大鲵粉小鼠灌胃,检测免疫器官指数、血清溶血素含量、脾抗体细胞生产数、碳粒廓清指数、耳肿胀度,研究对小鼠免疫功能的影响.测定小鼠负重游泳时间,检测血乳酸、血清尿素氮及肝糖原含量,研究其抗疲劳作用.结果 纯大鲵粉能增加小鼠免疫功能,延长小鼠游泳时间,降低血乳酸变化幅度,提高肝糖元储备,降低尿素氮含量.结论 纯大鲵粉具增强小鼠免疫功能和抗疲劳作用.

Antifatigue Effect and Immunological Function of Andrias daridianus on Mice

Objective To explore the immunological function and the antifatigue effect of Andrias daridianus on animal model. Methods The drymeal of Andrias daridianus was po for 28 days, and the ratio of immuno-organs index, the content of serum hemolysin, antibody-producing cells, carbon clearance index and ear-swelling extent were detected. The swimming time on mice and some biochemistry indexes were tested, such as lactacidaemia, hepatic glycogen, and serum urea nitrogen. Results The drymeal of Andrias daridianus enhanced the effects on cellular and humoral immunity functions, and prolonged the swimming time, reduced the variety of lactacidaemia, increased the content of hepatic glycogen, and reduced the serum urea nitrogen. Conclusion Compared with control group, the drymeal of Andrias daridianus can obviously increase immunological functions and have antifatigue actions on mice.
