中华白海豚气管和肺的组织学初步研究

摘    要:应用组织学方法研究了中华白海豚气管和肺的组织结构。结果显示,中华白海豚的气管和肺的组织结构表现出了对海洋生活的适应,包括气道加强、丰富的弹性纤维组织、括约肌系统及肺泡隔两侧的双毛细血管床等,探讨了中华白海豚肺的结构与功能的关系以及对海洋环境的适应机制,同时与鲸目其他物种进行了比较。

Abstract:Histological structure of trachea and lung of Sousa chinensis was studied applying the method of histological research.The results showed adaptation of trachea and lung of S.chinensis to marine environment,including reinforcement of the airways,extensive elastic fiber tissue,the presence of sphincter and the double capillary bed on both sides of alveolar septum,suggesting that the structure of lung of S.chinensis is adaptive to its function and marine environment.A comparison with several other cetaceans was made.
