| Abstract: | The action of t-azetidine-2-carboxylic acid (an analogue of proline) on the cytodifferentiation of odontoblasts and ameloblasts of mouse tooth buds cultivated In vitro has been studied. The results of our morphological, cytological and functional investigations suggest that the expression of differentiation of ameloblasts is partially conditioned by collagen and/or associated mucopolysaccharides contained in predentin. |
