101例阵发性室上性心动过速的临床分析

目的探讨阵发性室上性心动过速（PSVT）的最佳治疗方法．方法回顾性分析101例阵发性室上性心动过速患者的临床资料,按处理方法的不同分为5组，分别为三磷酸腺苷（ATP）治疗组、物理方法治疗组、物理方法＋普罗帕酮治疗组、普罗帕酮治疗组和普罗帕酮＋物理方法治疗组，记录给药前后患者的临床表现和心电图的改变．结果物理方法＋普罗帕酮治疗组心律转复成功率为86．36％，高于其他4组，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），ATP治疗组不良反应发生率为31．58％，显著高于其他4组，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．结论ATP治疗PVST不良反应率高。不提倡作为临床上PVST的首选治疗方法，而应首选物理方法＋普罗帕酮法治疗PSVTI普罗帕酮治疗PSVT失败后应用兴奋迷走神经方法仍有成功复率的可能。

Clinical analysis on 101 cases of paroxysmal Supraventricular tachycardia

Objective To approach the best therapy of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 101 patients those all were diagnosed PSVT,and were divided into five groups. There were respectively ATP group, physical treatment group, physical treatment and propafenone group, propafenone group, propafenone and physical treatment group. Finally, record the clinical variables from the initia- tion of treatment to the termination of PSVT. Results The successfully recuperative rate of cardiac rhythm in physical treatment and propafenone group was 86.36%, higher than those of other four groups. There were difference of statistical significance in five groups （P〈0. 05）. The rate of adverse effect in ATP group was 31.58%, and higher than those of other four groups, There were difference of statistical significance in five groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of ATP should not be the first choose in PSVT for the rate of adverse effect in ATP group was high. The treatment of physical treatment and propafenone should be the first choose in PSVT,and it was possible to cure PSVT by physical treatment after failure of propafenone treatment.
