我院临床科室全面质量管理实践与探索

摘    要:全面质量管理(total quality managenment,TQM)模式是一种科学的质量管理方法,在西方发达国家及我国台湾地区已广泛推广,近几年也逐渐被我国医院管理者所接受。在深化医改进程中,为切实提高医疗质量,在内、外科及医技科室等部分临床科室开展全面质量管理实践,通过建立科室质量与安全管理小组,明确其相关职责,完善其管理记录,组织定期质量会议,落实整改措施,追踪整改效果,切实推进了医院的质量管理工作。

Practice and Exploration of Total Quality Management in Hospital Clinical Departments
Abstract:Total quality management is a scientific method for the quality control, in the western developed countries and Taiwan area, it has been widely promoted, and in recent years in China it has also been gradually accepted by the general administrators of medical institutions. In the reform process, in order to improve the medical quality, a comprehensive quality management practice, through the establishment of departments of quality and safety management group, the related responsibilities are clarified, its management record is improved, regular the quality of conference is organized, and improvement measures are implemented, corrective effect is followed up, and the quality of the hospital management is promoted.
