蛋白质可逆磷酸化在信号传递中的作用

摘    要:主要介绍了蛋白激酶和蛋白磷酸酶的分类、特征及其催化蛋白质的可逆磷酸化在信号传递中的作用。蛋白激酶和蛋白磷酸酶作为脑内信使的直接或间接的靶酶,通过控制信号传递途径中其它酶类或蛋白质的活性,使细胞对外界信号做出相应的反应。

Abstract:This article mainly introduced the classification and characteristics of protein kinase and protein phosphatase, as well as the function in the signal transmitting of protein reversible phophorylation catalyzed by them is also introduced in present work. As the direct or indirect target enzyme of messenger in brain, the protein kinase and protein phosphatase make cell react to external signals by controlling other enzymes or cell activity of protein in the process of signal transmitting.
