| Abstract: | Under continuous light, flowering of Pharbitis seedlings wasnot induced by abscisic acid (ABA) treatment. Under short daytreatment, flowering was slightly enhanced by ABA at 0.2 and0.4 mg/liter. Stem elongation was considerably inhibited by25 and 50 mg/liter of ABA irrespective of day length.
