美洲斑潜蝇幼虫空间分布型和田间抽样技术

摘    要:通过田间调查和计算,明确了美洲斑潜蝇幼虫呈聚集分布,且以负二项分布为主,理论抽样数当t=1.00,D=0.2时,n=26.08/X+16.12,如果防治指标定为10头/株,则最大抽样数为19株,序贯抽样的累积幼虫数量界限为.田间随机取样以平行线和Z字形为最佳。

Abstract:On the basis of the inveshgation and calculatiory such result is reached that the distribution pattern of larvas of the Liriomyza sativae Blanchard belongs to apgregared distribution pattern and mainly negative binomial servies. When t = 1.00, D = 0.2, the number of theoretical sampling of larvae is n = 26.08 / X + 16.12. If we determine that the control standard is 10 lareae per plant, the number of the maximum sampling is 19 plants and accumulitive larvae mumber of sequential sampling is T0(N) = 10N± 8.6557N. The parallel line method and "Z" method are the optimum sampling pattem for lareae in the field.
