摘    要:最近十几年,多种类型的干细胞,包括胚胎干细胞、诱导多能干细胞、骨骼肌干细胞、心脏干细胞和骨髓来源的干祖细胞等,可用于缺血性心脏病诱导的损伤修复和再生医学中,并且逐渐显示出广阔的发展前景。在此本文将介绍几种不同来源的干细胞在治疗缺血性心脏病中的研究概况,为进一步的基础研究和临床试验提供参考。

Abstract:Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is one of the main causes of death in the world. Although medical level has increased remarkably in recent years, the mortality of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) has been decreased, leading to the increase of the number of patients with chronic heart failure (HF) after infarction. There are no existing therapies that can cure chronic HF. Especially for end-stage HF, heart transplantation is the solely radical treatment. However, the application of transplantation is hampered due to lack of donor organs and need of immunosuppressive drugs after surgery for life. Over the past decades, stem cell-based therapy has emerged for the treatment of IHD, showing gradually broad prospects for development. There are various stem cell types for cardiac repair and regenerative medicine, including embryonic stem cells (ESCs), induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), skeletal myoblasts, bone marrow-derived stem/progenitor cells and cardiac stem cells (CSCs). This review will introduce the progress of several stem cells in the treatment of IHD, in order to provide reference for further basic research and clinical trials.
