| 摘 要： | 通过硅胶柱层析,制备性薄层色谱分离,从三七花蕾中分离得到2个黄酮化合物,依据理化性质及光谱数据鉴定为山奈酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖甙(1)和山奈酚-3-O-(2’’,3’’-二反式对羟基桂皮酰基)-α-L-鼠李糖甙(2)。这两个黄酮均首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Two flavonoids were isolated from buds of Panax notoginseng(Burk.) F.H.Chen by silica gel and preparative thin layer chromatography,and identified as kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(1) and kaempferol-3-O-(2′′,3′′-di-E-p-coumaroyl)-α-L-rhamnoside(2) by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.Both compounds were first reported from buds of Panax notoginseng. |
