| Abstract: | Study of plant disease resistance is one of the key and the difficult subjects of plant pathology.After briefly introducing the molecular mechanism of plant disease resistance,this paper provides an overview of the method in the gene transformation system and summarizes the application of disease resistant genetic Engineering of forest tree.Meanwhile,the major existing problem and outlook currently in the disease resistant genetic Engineering of forest tree are also discussed. |
