| 摘 要： | 采用病变抑制法和血凝试验在鸡胚和2种细胞培养上测定了中成药退热1号口服液对4种病毒的抑制作用。试验结果表明,退热1号口服液在浓度为1:2(原液浓度为每100毫升含生药量245克)以下时,对鸡胚和细胞无毒性作用。浓度在1:4—1:32时,对流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒和巨细胞病毒有较强的抑制作用,但对腺病毒无抑制作用。

| Abstract: | A study on the inhibitory activities of traditional Chinese medicine "An-tipyretic I" oral liquor against 4 kinds of viruses was carried out in chickenembryo and two cell cultures using CPE inhibition method and haemagglutina-tion assay. The results obtained indicated that "Antipyretic I" oral liquor atdilution titer higher than 1/2 (the original concentration nf "Antipyretic I"was 245g dried medicinal herbs per 100ml) did not appear to be toxic tochicken embryoes and cell cultures and that "Antipyretic I" oral liquor at di-lution titer between 1/4 and 1/32 had rather strong inhibitory activity againstinfluenza virus infection in chicken embryoes, respiratory syncytial virus andcytomegalovirus infection in cell culture, but had no inhibitory activities ag-ainst adenovirus infection in cell culture. |
