结核菌L型感染与无反应性结核病关系的研究

本文应用改良抗酸染色及免疫组织化学染色等方法对４２例非特异性炎、肉芽肿性炎及肿瘤进行抗酸及免疫组化染色，观察抗酸菌Ｌ型感染与无反应性结核病的关系进行了初步研究。抗酸染色结果阳性率为８０．９５％；免疫组化染色为７８．５７％。

INFECTION OF L-FORM TUBERCLE BACILLI AND NON-REACTION TUBERCULOSIS

Inorder to observe the relationship between L-form acid-fast bacilli and non reaction tuberculosis,we examined L-form acid-fast bacilli with improved acid-fast staining and immunohistochemical method in 42 cases with non- specific inflammation granulomatous inflammation and tumors. It was found that the positive rate of acid-fast staining was present in 80.95%and that of immunohisto-chemistry in 78.57%.But no typical characteristis of tuberculosis was found in association with histopathology. It is postulated that tuberole bacilli may be changed into L-form in cartain conditions.The ineomplete wall of L-form tubercle bacilli and the decrease(or disappearance)in lipoid may lead to the cellular immuicity defictency,resulting,in no typical tubercle and nonreaction tuber-culosis.
