| 摘 要： | 多聚酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）具有灵敏度高，特异性强，快速高效的特点，在病原微生物检测领域有广阔的前景。本文对４０８例疑似淋病患者的泌尿生殖道分泌物作了ＰＣＲ检测淋球菌的探索，结果１７０例阳性，占４１．７％，而培养阳性（２１．６％），ＰＣＲ法显著高于培养法（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

| Abstract: | Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)has many advantages,such as high sensitivity,strong specificity and high-speed.There are vast vistas in the examination of pathogenic microorganism.The secretion of the genitourinary tract from 408 patients,who were suspected of gonorrhea,were examinated with PCR.The results showed that the positive rate of PCR was 41.7%(170/408),but the positive rate of the culture method was 21.6%(88/408).The difference was quite significant(P<0.01). |
