产杜仲黄酮内生真菌的初步研究

摘    要:由杜仲植株的根、茎、叶分离到内生真菌,分别对各菌株进行液体培养,筛选能产生与杜仲药材相同或相似黄酮类化合物的内生真菌。将培养物适当处理后,根据黄酮类化合物所特有的颜色反应进行初筛,然后根据TLC分析和紫外-可见光分光光度法测定结果进行复筛,结果从杜仲植株共分离得到44株内生真菌,其中1株(DZY5)能产出与其宿主相同或相似的黄酮类物质。

Abstract:Endophytic fungi which can produce flavonoid compounds like its host plant Eucommia ulmoides are selected. Strains separated from roots, stems and leaves of E. ulmoides are cultured in the liquid medium. The preliminary selection is made according to a characteristic color reaction of flavonoid compounds after suitable treatments of the cultures. The further selection is carried out by using TLC and the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. 44 strains of endophytic fungi are isolated from the plant E. ulmoides. A selected strain DZY5 could produce flavonoid compounds. An endophytic fungus isolated from E. ulmoides could produce the active ingredient identical or similar to that of its host plant. So it supplies the foundation of experiments for producing active ingredients by utilizing the fermentation technology after further researches of the endophytic fungi instead of directly extracting them from the short resources of E. ulmoides.
