The structure of acid protease from Endothia parasitica in cross-linked form at 3.5 A resolution

Abstract:Electron density map at 3.5 A resolution has been prepared for the strongly cross-linked acid protease from Endothia parasitica with phase angles determined by three uranyl and one platinite derivatives. The mean figure of merit is 0.85. The map fits the known acid protease foldings, and accounts for 326 residues.
