摘    要:应用高效液相色谱-电化学检测法(HPLC-ECD)测定大鼠在用绵羊红细胞(SRBC)免疫后第2-7天期间,下丘脑、海马、脑干、胸腺和脾脏中去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量的变化。实验结果表明,下丘脑内NA含量在免疫后第4-7天明显增加,其中第7天有回降趋势。海马内NA含量在第4-5天显著增多。而胸腺和脾脏中NA水平在第4-5天均明显降低。脑干在免疫应答期间无明显改变。以上结果说明,体液免疫应答可影响脑和淋

Abstract:The changes of noradrenaline(NA)content in hypothalamus,hippocampus,brainstem,thymus and spleen of rats immunized with sheep red blood cells(SRBC)were determined duringday 2 to 7 after immunization by means of high-performance liquid chromatography withelectrochemical detection. The NA concentration in hypothalamus markedly increased duringday 4 to 7 post-immunization, tending to recovery on day 7. The NA level was high inhippocampus but was low in thymus and spleen during day 4 to 5 following SRBC injection ascompared with saline-injected control animals. There was no significant change of NA content inbrainstem during humoral immune response, These results indicate that humoral immune re-sponse may affect the NA metabolism in brain and lymphoid organs.In relating to our previousinvestigation that NA may influence the proliferation of T lymphocytes,the data show the pres-ence of interaction between NA and immune system.
