摘    要:无患子皂素是一种天然的表面活性剂,具有良好的乳化、分散、发泡、湿润等功效。采用超声波辅助法低水比无患子皂素提取优化工艺为:超声频率20 kHz,超声时间20 min,料液比1∶6,超声功率800 W,提取温度60℃,皂素提取得率为37.27%。超声波辅助法提取无患子皂素可以减少过程用水量,降低能耗,提高皂素得率。

Abstract:Sapondus mulorossi saponin is a kind of natural surfactant, has good emulsifying, dispersing, foaming, wetting and other effects. The optimization technology of extraction indicated that under the condition of 60 ℃, the ultrasonic frequency at 20 kHz for 20 rain, the ultrasonic power in 800 W and solid - liquid ratio to 1 : 6, the yield rate of Sapondus mulorossi saponin was 37.27 %. The extraction technology of ultrasonic assisted has the advantage of reducing the water and energy consumption, improving the saponin yield.
