高效絮凝剂产生菌的筛选及絮凝活性研究

摘    要:从污泥中分离筛选出1株具有高絮凝活性的细菌菌株F78,对其进行了分子鉴定,测得该菌16SrDNA长度为1501 bp,在GenBank中的登录号为EU443097,序列比对结果显示,该菌与粪产碱杆菌(Alcaligenes faecalis)的16S rDNA碱基序列相似性为99%。絮凝活性物质可由F78菌株分泌到胞外,通过对絮凝活性影响因素的研究,发现Ca2 的助凝效果比Fe3 、Fe2 、K 、Na 好;在高岭土悬液pH 3.0~12.0范围内,能保持较高的絮凝活性;菌株F78产生的絮凝活性物质具有良好的热稳定性。

Abstract:A bacterial strain F78 possessing high flocculation activity was isolated from sludge and identified.The length of 16S rDNA was 1 501 bp and submitted to GenBank with accession number EU443097.BLAST sequence analysis showed that similarity of it to Alcaligenes faecalis' 16S rDNA base sequence was 99%.Flocculant active substance could secret to outside cell.Study on factors that affected flocculation was found that Ca2 assisted the flocculation better than Fe3 ,Fe2 ,K ,and Na .In the range of pH 3.0~12.0 in Kaolin clay suspension it could maintain fairly high flocculant activity,furthermore,flocculant active substance by F78 possessed fine thermal stability.
