| Abstract: | A CXCR3 pocket capable of accommodating polycycloaliphatics was explored using a modular synthetic strategy. The systematic studies reveal that the tricyclic 2-adamantane and bicyclic (iso)bornyl group are efficiently recognized by CXCR3. |
