| 摘 要： | 乙酰肝素酶是目前发现的哺乳动物细胞中惟一能切割细胞外基质中硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖侧链——硫酸乙酰肝素的一种葡萄糖醛酸内切酶,在胃癌侵袭转移中起重要作用。我们就乙酰肝素酶的分子结构特点、在胃癌侵袭转移中的作用机制及其检测等方面的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Heparanase is the only endo-β-D-glucuronidase which,found in mammalian cells now,can cleave the heparan sulfate,a side chain linking to heparin sulfate proteoglycans in extracellular matrix.It plays important roles in the invasion and metastasis of tumors such as gastric carcinoma.In this review,research on the characteristics of molecular structure,function mechanism in the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma and their detections were summarized. |
