热环境下复合电解质饮料的生理生化效应

摘    要:本实验观察了复合电解质饮料对热环境下大白鼠与人体的生理生化效应。实验结果表明,复合电解质饮料具有维持人体在热环境下劳动时的水与电解质平衡,保留水份在体内,减少水份消耗,改善细胞能量代谢,提供能量,消除疲劳和提高耐热能力等作用。

Abstract:In animal experiment, a potassium deficient model of rats feed was used . After supplementation with multielectrolyte drink containing potassium, sodium, calcium etc, the mortality and pathological change of the kidney in potassium deficient rats reduced and the ADP / O and RCR in mitochondria in skeletal muscle increased either in potassium deficient or potassium non-deficient rats under hot environments. The results showed that the drink may improve energy metabolsm of cells and thus may enhance the tolerance to heat in animals.In human experiment, 18 young men doing moderate physical activity in heat were divided into experimental group (drinking multielectrolyte solution) and control group (drinking water simply). The total water intake and sweat loss of the experimental group were lesser than that of the control (4.760 Vs 5.150 L/ day, P<0.05 and 4.592 Vs 5.208 L/ day. P<0.01, respectively), thus saving water consumption. The drink could also maintain a positive potassium balance ( 9.16 Vs -8.91 mEq/day, P<0.01) and normal serum potassium, sodium and calcium levels. After supplementation ofthe drink the blood glucose level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control (107.0 Vs 94.2 mg / dl).It suggests that the multielectroyte drink is beneficial to human body under hot environments.
