| 摘 要： | 本实验用声音与电击相结合建立大鼠心理应激模型。单独施加心理应激过程中未发现大鼠心律失常。然而,在用垂体后叶素造成心肌急性缺血基础上,心理应激却可使47只动物中的26例(55.3％)产生心律失常。心得安具有保护心脏的作用。

| Abstract: | Using sound combinded with electric shock, we carried out psychological stress to train Wistar rats. After training, the stress could make significantly changes of heart rate of the rats, and the changes included increase and decrease types, Using psychological stress only, could not cause any arrhythmia of the normal hearts of the rats, however, under acute myocardial ischemia treated with pituitrin, the psychological stress could cause arrhythmias of 26 among 47 rats (55.3%). Propranolol could have protective effect for the hearts. The results suggest that the arrhythmias caused by psychological stress may be related to the increase of activity of adrenergic system, and propranolol could have protective effect on heart. |
