| 摘 要： | 采用二合一光纤系统，高效率光纤耦合装置，AlGaInp半导体激光器， 方便适用的光纤定位装置以及稳定可靠的电源控制系统，研制了一种新型650nm半导体激光治疗仪，其光纤端输出达109mW。该仪器已在生物医学领域成功应用。

| Abstract: | With Y fiber,high efficiency fiber coupler and AlGaInP diode laser,a new diode laser therapy apparatus has been developed.Through the fiber the apparatus can provide more than 100 mW 650nm diode laser.The fiber positioner used is easy to handle and the power supply is stable and reliable.The apparatus has been well used in laser biomedical application. |
