脂肪因子omentin与临床疾病的研究进展

Omentin是主要由内脏脂肪组织的基质细胞分泌的一种具有广泛生物学效应的细胞因子,它参与调节肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢、炎症反应、动脉粥样硬化、内皮细胞功能等病理生理过程。具有增强胰岛素的敏感性、抗动脉粥样硬化、减轻炎症反应、调节血管内皮细胞功能、心血管保护作用,并且与糖尿病、心血管疾病、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等多种临床疾病密切相关。但是它具体的作用方式及途径还不清楚,应成为下一步研究的重点。

ABSTRACT: Omentin is a multifunctional adipokine mainly secreted by visceral adipose tissue. Omentin is participated in the pathophysiology of obesity, insulin resistance, glucose and lipoprotein metabolism, inflammation, atherosclerosis, and endothelial cell function. Omentin enhances insulin-sensitizing effect, reduces inflammatory response, It is the properties of anti-inflammstory, anatherosclerosis, regulating endothelial cell function and cardiovascular propective. It is closely issociated with type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmunity disease, and tumor. The mechanism of its biological function is unclear, So it become the emphasis the next study.
