| Abstract: | Development of methods of amino acid analysis is reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of various methods are compared. The superiority, analytical conditions and comprehensive applications of the newly discovered and rapidty progressing amino acid analysis method—reversed phase HPLC of phenylthiocarbamyl amino acids-are described emphatically and systematically. |
