| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了利用激光干涉度量术测定眼底脉络膜血流图的原理和方法,提出了定量比较血流图的三项指标.对两个不同年龄组正常人的脉络膜血流图的测定表明,这三项指标可以作为人体生理老化的定量标志.

THE MEASUREMENT OF BLOOD FLOW IN CHOROID BY INTERFEROMETRY |

| Abstract: | The principle and method of the measurement of blood flow in choroid with laser interferometry are expounded. Three indexes for the quantitative comparison of blood flow-time curves are proposed. Using the represented method, we have measured the blood flow-time curves of an aged group and a younger group, in which the age ranges from 50 to 59 and 30 to 39 respectively. The measured results show that these three indexes can serve as quantitative characteristics of physiological aging of human body. |
