Abstract: | Purpose of work Undecylprodigiosin has antimicrobial, immunosuppressive and anticancer properties. Pure cultures of Streptomyces coelicolor produce only low concentrations of undecylprodigiosin. We have therefore sought to increase this by interacting the cells
with a bacterium. |
